1ST SHIFT ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST 

HOURS:

• 1st Shift - flexible as required
• Saturday's required
• Sunday's as needed

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Receive, monitor and process export documentation
• Work closely with USDA
• Ensure export data is completed and under compliance & preparing USDA documents for inspection
• Make export labels for shipments
• Manage data for shipments
• Prepare reports
• Answer phone calls as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous accounting and office experience preferred
• 10-key and computer skills required
• Communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
• Good work history including attendance
• Team player among all shift
• Resume required
