Description
Scale Operator
- Remove the tag from the carcass
- Scan the tag into the computer
- Ensure all grades are properly imputed in the system, notify Management if any grade/ or age deviations are off railed before scale
- Document all grade changes and times to Management the end of the shift
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and cold environment
- Must have a great attendance and punctuality
