Audit products that are produced on table and ensuring that all products produced meet company product specification requirements. Documentation detail is extremely important.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Audit products produced on table ensuring they meet all specification requirements
- Monitor employee GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Monitor SSOPs (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures)
