"What I enjoyed most about my experience as a trainee was the ability to go throughout all the different departments and learn the entire process."

"What I like the most about the JBS trainee program is the opportunity to work with multiple people from different backgrounds. My job is not only to manage a processing department, but to help my team grow an evolve in a professional and personal level. I cannot describe the feeling I get knowing I was there to help them out and when you know you were an important part of their life."

Senior Project Engineer in Nacogdoches, TX
Texas Tech alum
“The JBS trainee program gives you a chance to learn about the entire business with hands on experience at the plant.  When I graduated with a Food Science degree, I did not know what I wanted to do or where I could best fit within JBS.  I went away from traditional roles that people with my degree work, and my first role was in Expense Control Management.  Now I have my MBA and I am a Business Unit Controller, which all started with me being able to experience all parts of the business and saying yes to opportunities.”
